Sent my Omega f300 humming watch to Paul for a service and I was delighted to receive it back today, fully working again with its new battery & date ring. I have used Paul before and the service he provides is next to none, with excellent communication and rapid turn-around. Thanks again Paul!
Thank goodness for the internet hunting that led me to Paul. My 1970s watch had lain in a drawer unused for years. Paul gave me advice on what was needed, what was recommended, and a clear and detailed quote covering all the options. Responses to emails were fast, clear and professional. My watch was returned quickly with all the work done and I am really delighted. If he asked for marks out of 10 I’d give him about 15.
Thanks Paul for the work that you did on my 51 year old Omega Speedsonic f300. A watch that I had previously sent to Omega in Switzerland for repair, then had sent back, saying they did not work on watches 25 years past their production run. So it was good to find Paul who did a great job on my watch, that was many years in my sock draw. Thanks again Paul.
I cannot recomend Paul highly enough. Took my very sentimental Omega f300, got it working and sparkeling and back to me within a week. Fantastic service and will not hestiate to use him again if I have any further issues – the watch is the best part of 50 years old!
I was a little apprehensive about sending my Rado Ellectrosonic to Paul. But I’m glad I did. The watch was immediately assessed, and an appraisal and estimate emailed to me. Paul did the work, and I had my watch back within a week. Paul even sent back to me the replaced parts. I was very pleased and will certainly use Paul again.
I have entrusted several of my Tissot “Tissonics” to Paul’s care in the last couple of years, and have always been extremely pleased with the results. His knowledge would appear to be second to none, and he always gives fair and honest appraisals and options before any work commences. Costs are always discussed up front, and to be honest are quite often considerably lower than getting a similar era mechanical watch serviced / repaired. The Tissonic occasionally seems to be regarded as the “poor relation” to some in the Tuning fork community, but my watches have always had the best of treatment whilst in Paul’s care.
If you are in need of work on your treasured watch but are unsure about entrusting it to someone you have never used before, do yourself a favour – read all the feedback here, then drop Paul a line – you won’t regret it!

Full marks to Paul for an excellent service. I sent my Omega f300 to him and received an estimate for the required work within a few days. I gave the go ahead and the work was done to an excellent standard. The watch now looks like new. I was kept informed regarding progress and am very pleased with the end result.
I was unable to find anyone in my locality to repair my Certina C-tronic. Luckily I came across Paul’s website, This watch is of great semtimental value. So when it arrived back looking like new I was completely surprised. He took a fifty year old watch that hadn’t ran for many years and completely transformed it. I sent my Omega F300Hz to Paul for service/repair as it was massively gaining time. Paul contacted me with a quote for the repair and service which I was happy with. 10 years ago I bought a nonfunctional Tissot f300 on spec. All local jewelers and our 1 remaining watch repair expert declared it a write off. I found Paul’s website on the internet and decided to chance it. Although I was not sure about conducting the business by post he was the only one interested in rehabilitating the watch, and appeared enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I was delighted with the result. When it stopped working after 10 years, my local jeweler who replaced batteries for me, could only offer to return it to Tissot. I was pleased to find that Paul was still in business and sent the watch to him for examination. He explained the cause of the breakdown, and I was surprised and pleased that it was still possible for it to be repaired. The whole business was conducted with same openness and efficiency as before, and at a reasonable cost. Hopefully the watch will now see me out. I am happy to add to the litany of praise for Paul’s service.

Paul has just fixed my Omega Geneve f300. Such a simple process, send Paul the watch, get a quote (ridiculously cheap), agree to the cost, get the bill when work complete, pay bill, watch gets returned. Took just over 2 weeks and that included replacing the index wheel.
Overjoyed at how straightforward and affordable it was to get this lovely watch running again.
Paul got my dad’s 1970 gold f300 sparkling and in working order.

I was given my f300 in the 90’s by my late father before he died as he found it difficult to get it serviced/repaired in South Africa. Having migrated to Australia and having had my f300 crudely butchered by various repairers in Perth and Sydney, I gave up and put the watch in a drawer until I stumbled upon Paul’s website. After a few emails and mailing the watch to an intermediary (my sister) in the UK, we got the watch to Paul for inspection and quote. Nothing appeared too difficult and Paul provided an acceptable quote.
Following the return of my watch, I was hugely appreciative to find that it was “as good as new”.

It’s always a bit unnerving to post your watch to someone you never met, though my tiny bit of concern soon evaporated.
Paul took care of my f300 after contacting him via the contact page. Straight up, honest and very quick service. I was kept informed on costs and within a week the watch arrived back in great shape ready for another few decades of use.
In all honesty, its a shame Paul only works on these calibres as I would happily have Paul service our collection over the period of a year to keep them running and well cared for.

My Omega Constellation f300 (48 years old) had stopped running some time ago. Paul has got it back into action and sorted out a few extra details as well. His service was very prompt and communications were excellent. He provided full information at every stage, so that I could decide exctly what to go ahead with – unlike the impersonal service from watch manufacturers. He also charges very reasonable rates. I am delighted with the service and very happy to recommend him to anyone else who wants to entrust a valued watch to an expert.

I inherited my Dad’s Omega f300Hz when he passed in 2005…it hadn’t been running for ~15yrs by then and had sat in his top drawer. I guess it had become a casualty to economics with a service costing more than a new generic quartz replacement. I contemplated getting it looked at for a long while and eventually circumstances led me to, Paul, what a fabulous guy.
Great communications from the off and Paul kept me posted on costs and timescales while answering my neverending barrage of questions too. Got the watch back a week later complete with new glass, new day dial, new lume, spring bars and fully serviced – it’s now on my wrist and will be enjoyed again while serving as a constant reminder of my Dad. What value do you put on something like this? To me it’s a priceless artefact and I’m very grateful to Paul for getting it back up and running for me.

The watch had not been serviced for over 25 years, it was barely ticking over in fact. the chronograph hadn’t worked properly for years. Paul really is an expert on these watches, in fact I would say “the” expert . He identified a myriad of problems and issues with the watch and painstakingly resolved each one of those in turn. He replaced many worn out parts and identified incorrect and even non-genuine Omega parts which had been used in the past. And all of that at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At all stages of the service I was being informed of what was happening and the costs were fully explained and itemised. It now works perfectly! Paul provides a most courteous service, and is a joy to deal with. I can’t recommended him enough. A five star service!

I initially found electric-watches when searching for a 1974 Omega Speedsonic (Lobster bracelet) and it immediately became my ‘go to’ website for information and helped me understand these watches.
As soon as I purchased my watch I reached out to Paul, he answered all of my many questions and left me feeling confident that my watch would be in good hands. I wasn’t sure of the watches history so I requested a service and new Crystal fitted, Paul outlined all the costs and his processes in detail, again I found this all very reassuring.
